It’s back, by popular demand!

The Detroit Lions are bringing back the popular “Inside the Den” draft show after a one-year hiatus. That hiatus caused considerable consternation with Lions fans, what with the 2024 NFL Draft being in Detroit, drawing over 700,000 fans to the city and with reporters from around the world.

Lions GM Brad Holmes acknowledged the frustration in a social media video that showed a good-natured self-awareness from the team that they dropped the ball. Holmes sat and read mean comments about the missing year of Inside the Den’s draft show, a behind-the-scenes look in the Lions war room. The clip ended with Holmes and the Lions proclaiming it will be back for 2025.

No release date yet, but it’s worth noting other teams, notably the Super Bowl champion Eagles, have already produced their own in-house versions of the same show.
