The Cleveland Browns, riding the high of a massive blowout win over the Miami Dolphins, are now looking to make it two straight against the New England Patriots this weekend. And they will be getting yet another boost along their defensive line, as defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. is set to make his season debut after offseason knee surgery has kept him sidelined for the first seven games.
Hall, a second round pick of the Browns just a year ago, has been a lethally explosive playmaker when on the field. However, Hall faced a five-game suspension to start his career, and then suffered a season-ending knee injury that took him out the back-half of last season as well as the front part of this year. Hall now joins an already formidable rotation headlined by Mason Graham and Maliek Collins.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski raved about the work that Hall has put in to rehab and get back on the field to this point. This leaves only two Browns players with gameday designations, as tight end David Njoku (knee) and defensive tackle Adin Huntington (concussion) are listed as questionable.
The Browns will need all the help they can get defensively with Patriots’ quarterback Drake Maye playing as good of football as anybody. Adding another reinforcement in Hall has come at the right time.
