The Atlanta Falcons listed starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. as questionable for a Week 8 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Earlier Friday, Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said Penix will be a game day decision after suffering a knee injury late in the team’s Week 7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. If he’s unavailable, the team will turn to veteran Kirk Cousins to start in his place.
For the Dolphins, there are very little injury concerns for players on the 53-man roster. The biggest issue is at the tight end position after Darren Waller landed on injured reserve. His backup, Julian Hill, is the only Dolphins player ruled out for Sunday.
