The Arizona Cardinals suffered one of the worst losses in their history on Sunday, Oct. 5, falling to the previously winless Tennessee Titans, 22-21, after being on the verge of going up 28-6 in the fourth quarter.
Or perhaps it was the worst loss in the history of the team?
Several fans and media members made that claim in the aftermath of the team’s disastrous loss. Social media eviscerated Arizona, which dropped to 2-3 on the season, the third-straight loss on a last-second field goal.
Among the reactions to the loss? An ESPN anchor said the “entire Cardinals organization should be fired.”
