The Tennessee Titans are back on the road, looking to avoid an early-season sweep by the Indianapolis Colts on Oct. 26 at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Tennessee (1-6) allowed two touchdowns in 11 seconds in the third quarter in a 31-13 loss to the Patriots last week. Cam Ward had a solid first half, but contributed to the third-quarter malaise with an unforced fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
To make things worse, Jeffery Simmons (hamstring) and Calvin Ridley (hamstring) have already been ruled out for the Colts game.
Indianapolis (6-1) is coming off a comfortable win at the LA Chargers to rise to the top spot in the AFC rankings. Daniel Jones is still playing well, and Jonathan Taylor had another game with at least 100 total yards. Both excelled in the Colts’ 41-20 win over the Titans in Week 3 in Nashville.

Calvin Ridley is also out for the Colts game with a hamstring injury, his second game missed with the injury. Mason Kinsey was signed to the active roster, while James Proche was a gameday elevation from the practice squad.
Bryce Oliver also is out today.

Jeffery Simmons is out for the Colts game on Oct. 26 with a hamstring injury. He missed about three quarters of last week’s loss to the Patriots with the same injury.
Given that Simmons has been the best defensive lineman and pass rusher for the Titans this season, the Titans will need to have a different answer for Daniel Jones, Jonathan Taylor and company.
