It’s been rough, um, it has, but I’m, I think I’m more just conscious of it, you know. We’re really just being more, more, you know, cautious and aware of what I put in my body in the size you’re gonna play out or anything like that? No, um, I’ve been watching my weight because I’ve been doing it for about 4 weeks now, you know, and my weight has been consistent right there between 217, 220. I haven’t lost any muscle. I actually came in and. And I had to put on *** couple more pounds of muscle. So I’ve, I’ve been pleased with it so far. Is there anyone or any person specifically that persuaded you that it was *** good idea to actually explore vegan specific meal? Oh, no, just me, you know, I like to kind of get on YouTube from time to time or, you know, this is how social media is out there so you’ll see certain things and kind of gets you to thinking, you know, when you’re talking about health, so I just browse for different, you know, uh. Be used to see what I can learn about just eating healthier, um, so like last year, um, it really didn’t last too long but I was drinking green juices going to count, you know, so it was *** little different, but I was still eating 80% food then, um, but you know I’ve been trying to switch things up.
