The Tennessee Titans continued their downward spiral on Sunday with a 38-14 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans are now 1-7 on the season, and 0-3 in the AFC South.
In Week 9, the Titans host the Los Angeles Chargers in the first of four straight home games. After the Chargers, the Titans host the Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, and Jacksonville Jaguars. But being at home isn’t a major factor for the Titans as they haven’t won at home all season.
Opening the week, the Titans are 10-point underdogs at home against the Chargers. The over/under is 43.5 total points. The Titans’ moneyline is -600, and the Colts’ moneyline is +425, per BetMGM.
The Titans and Chargers have met a total of 50 times, with the Chargers leading the series 30-19-1, including the postseason. The Titans have won just three times in the last 10 meetings between these two teams, and with the way both teams’ seasons are going, it doesn’t look like that’s going to change anytime soon.
The Chargers are 3-4-1 against the spread and the Titans are 2-6. Tennessee is 5-3 on the over/under, and the Chargers are 4-4.
The Titans and Chargers kick off at 12:00 p.m. CDT this Sunday.
