Jeremy Cluff writes: “Both of these teams impressed in NFL Week 8 victories, but the Ravens are expected to have Lamar Jackson back this week. Advantage: Baltimore.”

Bookies.com: Bet the Dolphins with the points vs Ravens

Bill Speros writes: “The Dolphins are not who we thought they were in Week 8 with a 34-10 win over the Falcons. Miami won outright as 7-point road dogs off a +280 money line. The Ravens, their fans and bettors, expect to see Lamar Jackson play in what is a homecoming for the Pompano Beach, Florida, native. The NFL said it will investigate the discrepancies on the Ravens’ official practice report that led to many believing Jackson would play this past weekend. Baltimore’s defense has begun to heal and was nearly at 100% in a dominant 30-16 win over Chicago. The Dolphins have yet to win back-to-back games this season. So don’t bother staying up all night waiting for the Great Pumpkin here. But they’ll grab a backdoor cover.”

The site’s formula predicts that the Ravens will win the NFL Week 9 game against the Dolphins.

ESPN: Ravens have a 62.8% chance to beat Dolphins on Thursday Night Football

The site gives the Dolphins a 36.9% shot at winning the NFL Week 9 game, with the remaining percentage accounting for a tie.

Dimers: Ravens 26, Dolphins 21

It writes: “After extensive simulations, our model gives the Ravens a win probability of 67%, while the Dolphins have a win probability of 33%.”

Sportsnaut: Baltimore Ravens 31, Miami Dolphins 24

Matt Johnson writes: “The tentative expectation is that Lamar Jackson will play this week against the Miami Dolphins. It will make it even easier for the Baltimore Ravens to run the football against a unit that allows 5 yards per carry and over 140 rushing yards per game. Baltimore also boasts the secondary to limit Miami’s passing game, taking away Tua Tagovailoa’s top read and forcing him to hesitate. We expect De’Von Achane to perform very well versus Baltimore (128.9 rush ypg and 4.5 ypc allowed), but the Ravens come out of Thursday Night Football with the victory.”
