Former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tyler Lockett is signing with the Las Vegas Raiders, per multiple reports.
NFL Network was first to report the news.
Lockett, who spent the first 10 years of his career with the Seattle Seahawks, caught 10 passes for 70 yards on 21 targets in seven games with the Titans (1-7) this season. He asked for and was granted his release on Oct. 22.
With the Raiders, Lockett will reunite with Pete Carroll and Geno Smith, his former coach and quarterback with the Seahawks. Carroll is in his first season with the Raiders (2-5) after he coached the Seahawks from 2020-23. Smith is also in his first season with Las Vegas after starting for Seattle from 2022-24.
Lockett, 33, signed with the Titans on April 23 after he was released by the Seahawks on March 5. He signed a one-year deal with Tennessee with $4 million guaranteed.
While Lockett caught 661 passes for 8,594 yards and 61 touchdowns and was a three-time All-Pro with the Seahawks, he was not a major contributor in the Titans’ passing attack. At the time of his release, he ranked eighth on the team in receptions and receiving yards and fifth in targets.
