The Denver Broncos will open the 2025 NFL season at home.
Denver is set to host the Tennessee Titans at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday, Sept. 7, according to a report from Fox Sports insider Jordan Schultz. It’s likely no coincidence that Schultz is leaking a Fox game. As an employee of the network, Schultz is certainly a credible source for this kind of leak.
The Broncos-Titans game will be a 4:05 p.m. ET (2:05 p.m. MT) kickoff. In-market fans can stream Fox (and most of Denver’s games) on FuboTVÂ (try it free). The game will likely be televised across most of the country because there’s a good chance it will mark the NFL debut of quarterback Cam Ward, who was the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s NFL draft.
If he beats Will Levis in a quarterback competition this summer, Ward will be rewarded with a start against a Broncos defense that ranked No. 3 in points allowed last season and first overall in sacks (63). That would be quite the test for Ward’s potential NFL debut.
