Back on the practice field for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday was linebacker Devin Lloyd.

In Jacksonville’s Week 6 game against Seattle, Lloyd would exit the game with a calf injury. He then did not travel with the team to London and was ruled out early that week.

This is Lloyd’s first official practice since suffering the injury. He was listed as limited.

Lloyd has jumped out to a very fast start this season. Through six games, he’s generated 10 quarterback pressures, while remaining stout as a run defender.

Lloyd has also come away with four interceptions, including a pick-six, and was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Month for September.

Without Lloyd against the Rams in Week 7, the Jaguars relied on Ventrell Miller to fill that middle linebacker role.

Lloyd being back on the practice field is certainly a positive step in the right direction, but we will have to see what Thursday and Friday hold before getting a better idea of his potential availability for this week’s game against Las Vegas.
