FRISCO — There was no injury/practice report on Wednesday with the Cowboys-Cardinals playing on Monday night.
The Cowboys did receive good news at the safety position. Starter Donovan Wilson, who missed last week’s game with shoulder and elbow injuries, was getting rehab work during Wednesday’s practice.
Also, Juanyeh Thomas, another safety, inactive the last two games with migraines, practiced with little problem.
Thomas said doctors are still trying to figure out why he’s getting migraines but finding a solution has helped, at least for now.

“Medication and basically feeling better,“ he said. ”Literally that’s what it is for real, trying to figure out what’s causing it and why it is staying. This week, I’ve been feeling better. We’re going to go from there and hopefully, I’m out there Monday.”
Rookie safety Alijah Clark won’t play Monday night with a rib injury. The Cowboys were short at the position in their loss to Denver, with second-year corner Reddy Steward, getting time at safety.
“I’m proud of him,” Thomas said of Steward.
If Wilson and Thomas can play Monday night, it’s a welcome boost.
“We do have the extra day this week,” coach Brian Schottenheimer said. “Like I always say, each day there’s information that’s given and I would say both guys are doing everything they need to get back and we’ll see kinda where today, tomorrow, next couple of days look. Definitely a little thin right now.”
Linebacker Jack Sanborn didn’t practice on Wednesday with an undisclosed ailment.
Starting center Cooper Beebe (ankle) continued to progress in his 21-day window period and participated in practice.
