The Baltimore Ravens (2-5) visit the Miami Dolphins (2-6) in a Week 9 matchup on Thursday Night Football. Kickoff from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, is for 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Ravens vs. Dolphins odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.

The Ravens welcome QB Lamar Jackson (hamstring) back from a month-long absence. QB Tyler Huntley got it done in a 30-16 victory over the Chicago Bears as 2.5-point favorites last week. Snoop went 17-for-22 for 186 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs and rushed 8 times for 53 yards. RB Derrick Henry reigned supreme with 2 TDs of his own.

The Dolphins came up for air to snap a 3-game slide with a 34-10 rout of the Atlanta Falcons last week as 7-point dogs. QB Tua Tagovailoa silenced some critics by going 20-for-26 for 205 yards, 4 TDs and 0 INTs. RB De’Von Achane ran 18 times for 67 yards and caught 5 balls for 24 yards and a touchdown.

The Ravens lead the all-time series 11-8, including a 56-19 win in the last meeting in 2023.

Ravens 31, Dolphins 24

There’s no play here. The Ravens are massive favorites, but there are so many questions with Jackson coming back from a lengthy absence. I like the Ravens here, and I look for Jackson to prove he’s back with his legs.

Give me LAMAR JACKSON ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN (+170).

TNF: Best props bets

I’ll take DOLPHINS +7.5 (+100), though I don’t love the line. The Dolphins are 2-1 ATS at home, and that 1 failure was a 6-point loss to New England as 2.5-point favorites. That extra hook and even odds seals the deal for me.

Some shops are offering 8 points. If you can wait for that number, do so.

Miami’s 34 points at Atlanta last week gives me enough hope to take OVER 51.5 (-110). The Ravens routinely posted 30 before Jackson went down, and I look for a back-and-forth outing.
