The Ravens (2-5) are in Miami for a critical Thursday night matchup against the Dolphins (2-6), with both teams needing a win to keep their postseason dreams alive. When setting your fantasy football lineups this week, there are a handful of players who you should make sure are in your lineup and others who should be left off in this prime-time AFC matchup.
Here’s a look at five players in this Ravens-Dolphins matchup who you should start or sit this week in fantasy football.

Start QB Lamar Jackson
The Baltimore Ravens officially removed quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) from their Week 9 injury report on Wednesday, and he will make his return for a Thursday night clash against the Miami Dolphins. Fantasy managers have been without Jackson since he tweaked his hamstring in the Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The four-time Pro Bowler should be put back into all starting fantasy lineups for Week 9 action against a Dolphins defense that has been a top-12 matchup for opposing QBs this season.
Jackson comes into Thursday’s game with 869 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, and only one interception in his four starts, adding 166 yards and a score on the ground.
Sit TE Isaiah Likely
Last season, Likely recorded 42 catches for 477 yards on 58 targets. Likely still figures to split playing time with Ravens tight end Mark Andrews and has been used sparingly since returning to the lineup from a foot injury. So far in 2025, Likely has recorded five catches for 26 yards on five targets across four games played. However, three out of Likely’s four games played this season. With Jackson back in the lineup, his role could expand, but we’ll wait a week.

Start RB Derrick Henry
Henry is coming off a strong outing against the Chicago Bears in week eight. Henry had 21 rushes for 71 yards and two touchdowns. This is the second week in a row that Henry has garnered over 20 carries. He’ll be a must-start for the Ravens, who play a poor rushing defense, against the Dolphins. Miami this season has allowed the fourth-most rushing yards per game in the NFL. The Dolphins have given up three games this year where RBs have rushed for over 100 yards.
Start Zay Flowers
In the win over Chicago, Flowers had seven catches for 63 yards on nine targets. This week, he gets Lamar Jackson (hamstring) back, and Flowers should feast against the Dolphins. With Jackson, Flowers scored at least 14.4 PPR points in three of his first four outings this season, and he had three catches for 106 yards and a touchdown on three targets in Week 17 in 2023 as a rookie against Miami.

Start Ravens defense
The key players are getting healthy, and Nate Wiggins is feeling supremely confident. The Ravens have held their past two opposing quarterbacks to fewer than 12 Fantasy points in each game against Matthew Stafford in Week 6 and Caleb Williams in Week 8.
