The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up to take on the Washington Commanders for their Week 9 showdown on Sunday Night Football. It will be a clash between two NFC rivals, both with eyes on the postseason. Seattle will travel to the “other Washington” for a primetime road game, but they will have to do so a little short handed in their secondary… again.

Despite being rested in Week 7, Seahawks safety Julian Love suffered a “setback” with his hamstring issue and is officially ruled OUT for Sunday night. A frustrating development for one of Seattle’s top defenders and leaders on the team. Unfortunately for the Seahawks, Love is not the only one OUT for Sunday.

Wide receivers Jake Bobo and Dareke Young, as well as tight end Eric Saubert, and guard Christian Haynes (who was recently activated off the Injured Reserve List) are also OUT as well. Seattle’s wide receiver depth will be challenged considerably, as veteran Cooper Kupp is also listed as QUESTIONABLE.

Defensive tackle Jarran Reed is QUESTIONABLE as well.
