Kansas City Chiefs designate Pacheco, Simmons as out for Sunday’s game

All right, um. So Pacheco no practice today. Josh no practice, and then, uh, uh, Jaylen Moore was ill, so he, he didn’t practice today, um, but he’ll he’ll be back in and ready to go. Other than that, everybody, everybody was in there. Look forward to the challenge playing the Bills. We know they’re *** good football team. Should be *** heck of an atmosphere. It always is up there, um, and, um, our guys had *** good week of preparation, so that time’s yours. Uh, what’s kind of your expectation about Isaiah? Do you think you’ll be out today or for Sunday, yeah, um. Yeah, there’s *** good chance he’s listening is out, yeah, yeah, break breaking news. You can get it first. Um, Chris Smith. Yeah. You talked about uh Elijah Mitchell’s playability earlier in the week, I guess how has he handled that reserve role that that is sometimes difficult but, you know, not actually being active on game day. uh, which guy? I’m sorry. Yeah, so we’re, we’ll see how that all works out there. We haven’t made any decisions on what we’re gonna do there, so yeah. But he’s handled everything great. Yeah, no, he works to stay off. Coach, you mentioned this environment up there. Maybe it’s *** little bit like Arrowhead, right? They got some passionate fans and all that. This may be the last time you ever go up there. You have any interesting fond memories or stories you you didn’t like about some great games. I mean, you know, it’s *** new stadium. All these old stadiums are disappearing, so, um, but I think it’s ***, *** great venue. It has been for *** long time. But times change and things people move on. It looks like the new stadium is beautiful. Coach, can you share your thoughts on uh DeShawn and uh Michael Vick being on the opposite sidelines last night? Yeah, you know, I was talking with Matt Naggy just, uh, what are the odds of that and You know, Lincoln Financial, I mean, it’s, it was crazy. Um, it’s fun to watch though. I mean, I took *** peek at it. Dehaan, he sent me *** picture of sitting at my old desk, you know, so I mean, as the head coach, which, uh, was interesting. head coaching material in each of them? Well, both of them are real smart and so they, they were heading in different directions. I thought they were gonna go into the media side of things and Uh, but I could definitely see him, see him doing that. DeShawn’s dad was always coaching him as *** youth, and so he, he always had *** little bit of that passion to kind of follow that, but, um, I mean both of them are just real smart kids, so if they decide that’s what they’re gonna do, they’ll be very good at it. Looks like DeShawn might have the better team right now. Michael’s kind of building, building that thing up, but Uh, coach, you, uh, I, uh, excuse me, Xavier Wy hasn’t been on the injury report this week and then *** good indication that the shoulder is just pretty much behind him at this point. Yeah, no, he’s, uh, he just goes 100 miles an hour. I check on him during the game and, uh, not as much *** practice. I mean, we’re not hitting him in practice, so, but I check on him during the game and Always tell me everything’s fine, so you know. He doesn’t want to be on any injury reports or anything, I know. Coach any chance you’d be passing out candy later. Yeah, they’re, I mean, they’re probably not this afternoon. I know they don’t do it at night anymore, but I’ve got to stay here for *** while, but I’ll live vicariously. I got *** few grandkids, so they, they’ve all got different outfits they wear and go out, so I thank goodness for cellphones. All right thanks all right, good, thank you.
