88% of moneyline and 97% of the spread bets back the Cowboys in Week 9.

The Arizona Cardinals will take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9 in a Monday night showdown from AT&T Stadium. They are currently three-point underdogs.

Do people believe the Cardinals can win? Not really.

The betting public is throwing its money on the Cowboys.

Let’s have a look at the numbers from BetMGM Sportsbook.

Public heavily backing Cowboys over Cardinals

Moneyline:

The Cardinals are +130 underdogs to win the game outright, while the Cardinals are favored at -155. The money is coming in almost exclusively for the Cowboys. By how much? Eighty-eight percent of the moneyline bets as of Friday night backed the Cowboys, while 12% backed the Cardinals.

Spread:

It is even worse with the spread. A whopping 97% of the bets back the Cowboys to cover the three-point spread as favorites, while only 3% back the Cardinals to cover the spread.

Total:

The projected total is at 53.5 points. The majority of the money is on the Over, although not in the overwhelming fashion as the moneyline and spread.

The Cardinals and Cowboys kick off Monday night at 8:15 p.m. ET (6:15 p.m. Arizona time).

“Only” 62% of the bets are for the Over, while 38% is on the Under.
