Final: Notre Dame 56, Slinger 42

Kingston Allen continues to carry the Tritons on his back as his 26-yard run puts Notre Dame up by 14 with 8:47 to go. A touchdown reception by Jude Siikarla gets the Owls back within seven with 3:38 to go. The only problem was it gave the ball back to Notre Dame and particularly Allen and he didn’t disappoint. The junior scored his seventh touchdown of the game, this time on a 48-yard run with 3:29 left. After the Owls were stymied on offense, Notre Dame got the ball back and ran out the clock to put an end to this thriller.

Final: Sussex Hamilton 35, Kimberly 10

The Papermakers finally scored their first touchdown on a 9-yard pass to get within 18. But Allen Glover put the game out of reach with a 2-yard TD run with 2:05 to go.

Final: Whitefish Bay 17, Port Washington 15

The Blue Dukes’ drive to end the third ended in disaster on the first play of the fourth as an interception by Port put an end to it. But Bay kept fighting, finally scoring on a 15-yard touchdown pass to Mace Miskel. The Blue Dukes then evened the game with the two-point conversion with 8:22 left. Bay took its first lead with 3:11 to go on a 31-yard field goal by Jillies Jaarsma. Port was not going to be denied though as it took the lead with 1:12 to go on a short touchdown pass to Cal Loose. Bay though had one last chance and took advantage of it. The Dukes scored with 2 seconds left on a 10-yard pass to Miskel to complete the comeback victory.

End 3Q: Sussex Hamilton 28, Kimberly 3

Alex Restivo opened the second half with a bang, returning the opening kickoff 99 yards for a score to put the Chargers in command. And that was all the scoring.

End 3Q: Notre Dame 42, Slinger 35

The Kobe Hendricks-Kingston Allen show continues: No better way to start the third with another explosive play from Hendricks. The running back scored on a 73-yard run on the first play from scrimmage to put the Owls back out in front.  And it was Hendricks again as he recovered an onside kick on the ensuring kickoff to set the Owls up in Tritons territory.  Then guess who scored from a measly 1-yard out. Yes it was Hendricks again as Slinger took a 35-21 lead. Guess who had an answer. Of course it was Allen, who scored on a 73-yard run to get the Tritons back within seven. Allen then evened things up with a 28-yard touchdown run for the Tritons. An interception on Slinger’s first play on the ensuing drive set up Notre Dame at the Owls’ 13 and of course it was Allen who scored on the first play to put the Tritons back on top.

End 3Q: Port Washington 8, Whitefish Bay 0

The Blue Dukes’ best scoring chance so far came up short as a pass play on fourth-and-six was broken up in the end zone so the Pirates took over at the own 25. After a defensive stop, Bay was on the move again and had the ball at Port’s 17 as the period ended.

Halftime: Sussex Hamilton 21, Kimberly 3

Allen Glover ran one in from 22-yards out on the first play of the quarter put Hamilton up by 14. The Papermakers finally dented the scoreboard on a 42-yard field goal by Maddux Hermus. The quarterback Cole Erdmann caught a 21-yard touchdown pass from Drew Olson on a fleaflicker with 2:11 to go before the break.

Halftime: Slinger 21, Notre Dame 21

After stopping the Tritons on fourth-and-inches at the own 21, the Owls struck quickly and it was Kobe Hendricks again as he scored on Slinger’s first play on a 79-yard touchdown run. The big plays just keep coming as Notre Dame quarterback Max Pierce hits Joey Massey for a 54-yard touchdown strike to tie things up.

Halftime: Port Washington 8, Whitefish Bay 0

It was a defensive struggle as neither team has reached pay dirt.

End 1Q: Port Washington 8, Whitefish Bay 0

O’Neill Wright scored from 1-yard out after a 56-yard pass play put the Pirates on the goal line. The 2-point conversion was good.

End 1Q: Sussex Hamilton 7, Kimberly 0

A stout defense and a one-yard quarterback keeper from Cole Erdmann had the Chargers leading after one.

End 1Q: Slinger 14, Notre Dame 14

The opening quarter produced some explosive plays: Kingston Allen opened the scoring with a bang going 64-yards just 1:45 into the game to put the Tritons up 7-0. But Kobe Hendricks answered right back with a 78-yard touchdown jaunt for the Owls to tie the score with 8:19 left. Hendricks would later haul in a long pass and take it to the end zone on a 75-yard play to put the Owls ahead 14-7 with 3:59 to go. Allen closed the quarter with a 12-yard scoring run to tie the game with 13 seconds left.

Final: Bay Port 49, Reagan 8

Each team finds paydirt in the final quarter, but it’s the Pirates moving on to the sectional title round next week against the winner of Franklin and Verona later on tonight.

Bay Port 49, Milwaukee Reagan 8: Video highlights from Bay Port’s romp

Here’s the video highlights from Bay Port’s 49-8 victory over City champion Reagan in the second round of the 2025 WIAA high school football playoffs.

The Pirates dominate the opening half with five touchdowns on five offensive possessions and two forced turnovers on defense.

Brady Moon had three first-quarter scores, all on the ground, while quarterback Matt Stevens has a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown to help lead the Bay Port attack.

Reagan only crossed midfield one time in the opening half, turning the ball over on downs at the Bay Port 8.

It was all Bay Port in the opening quarter.

The Pirates forced a three-and-out, recovered a fumbled exchange and picked off a pass, turning all of that into 21 first-quarter points.

All three touchdowns were scored on the ground by Brady Moon, who continues his excellent season in the Bay Port backfield.
