Jaxson Dart frustrated by how Giants were outplayed by Eagles
Jaxson Dart takes losses hard, and the Giants’ rookie was accountable, acknowledging he knows he plays a position that is judged by wins and losses.
EAST RUTHERFORD – This is being billed as a Legacy Game for the New York Giants against one of their biggest rivals from yesteryear in the San Francisco 49ers.
Jaxson Dart is the first rookie quarterback in NFL history with at least eight TD passes and at least four rushing TDs through his first five career starts.
The Giants were on the short end of a tough whistle in Philadelphia, and after winning the first meeting, the defending Super Bowl champions flipped the script and were the more physical football team on both sides of the ball. That can’t happen Sunday.
Dart is undefeated in two games at home as the starting QB, beating the Chargers and the Eagles. Maybe if the Giants can figure out a way to not be a sieve against the run, they can pull off the upset.
