Six Stark County high school football teams along with six other area teams remain alive in the OHSAA playoffs heading into the second round this week.
Five area teams — Lake, Massillon, McKinley, Triway and West Branch — will be playing their opening playoff games after receiving first-round byes. All five teams play at home. All of the first-round winners are headed on the road in Round 2.
Here’s a look at this week’s schedule. All games are set for 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 7.
