Jeremy Cluff writes: “The Bears’ offense feasted on Cincinnati’s porous defense in Week 9. Chicago won’t score 47 points in this game like it did in the win over the Bengals, but Caleb Williams and company will be able to outscore Jaxson Dart and the Giants.”
Bookies.com: Bet the Bears to cover vs Giants
Bill Speros writes: “The Bears won a wild 47-42 affair against the Bengals Sunday. The Giants, however, have an NFL defense. Don’t expect another 47 points from Caleb Williams & Company. The Giants lost whatever mojo they had with that crushing loss to the Broncos, and a season-ending injury to Cam Skattebo. Sunday, they allowed Christian McCaffrey to amass 173 yards from scrimmage in a 34-24 loss to the 49ers. The Bears (5-3) are suddenly in the NFC playoff hunt. A clean game from Caleb Williams gets it done here. A reasonable request at home.”
The site’s formula predicts that the Bears will win the NFL Week 10 game against the Giants.
ESPN: Giants have a 51% chance to beat Bears on Sunday
The site gives the Bears a 48.6% shot at winning the NFL Week 10 game, with the remaining percentage accounting for a tie.
Dimers: Bears 24, Giants 19
It writes: “After extensive simulations, our model gives the Giants a win probability of 32%, while the Bears have a win probability of 68%.”
Sportsnaut: Chicago Bears 31, New York Giants 24
Matt Johnson writes: “This could’ve been one of the most entertaining games on the NFL schedule this week if not for the season-ending injuries to Cam Skattebo and Malik Nabers. It’s because of those absences that Jaxson Dart won’t have the weapons on this New York Giants offense to exploit a Chicago Bears defense that has allowed 20 passing touchdowns and a 5.1 yards-per-carry average to opponents this season. Instead, Chicago gets to have the big advantage as New York has allowed 150 rush ypg and 5.5 yards per carry this season, all the while allowing 231.1 passing yards and 1.7 passing touchdowns per game to opposing quarterbacks.”
