Just two days before a Thursday Night Football showdown with the Denver Broncos, the Las Vegas Raiders have shipped out one of their top wide receivers.
The Raiders have agreed to trade wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for fourth- and sixth-round draft picks. Before that trade, Meyers led all Las Vegas players in targets (49) and receptions (33) this season.
Meyers (6-2, 193 pounds) has played against the Broncos four times in his career, hauling in 28 receptions for 335 yards and three touchdowns in those contests. The 28-year-old receiver totaled 191 receptions for 2,186 yards and 12 touchdowns with the Raiders from 2023-2025 after beginning his career with the New England Patriots (2019-2022).
Meyers is now scheduled to face Denver when Jacksonville visits Empower Field at Mile High in Week 16.
The top remaining wide receivers on Las Vegas’ depth chart are Tre Tucker, Dont’e Thornton and Tyler Lockett. The team’s most dynamic receiving weapon, however, is second-year tight end Brock Bowers.
