The Carolina Panthers are continuing to stack up both wins and individual accolades.

Safety Tre’von Moehrig has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in this past Sunday’s 16-13 win over the Green Bay Packers. This marks the first such honor for the fifth-year defender and the fourth Player of the Week selection for the team in the last five weeks.

Moehrig played a key role in what was one of, if the not biggest upset of 2025 thus far. He recorded five combined tackles (two for a loss) and two passes defensed—one of which accounted for his first interception of the campaign.

Carolina, thanks in part to Moehrig’s all-around efforts, held a potent Green Bay offense to just one touchdown over five red-zone visits.

Running back Rico Dowdle (Week 5), kicker Ryan Fitzgerald (Week 6) and punter Sam Martin (Week 7) have also captured weekly conference nods this year.
