FOXBORO — The Patriots were down three offensive starters at Wednesday’s practice, the team’s first ahead of this weekend’s road game at Tampa Bay.
Wide receiver Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) and running back Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) were absent, while center Garrett Bradbury was a non-participant and stood off to the side in street clothes. Boutte is considered “day-to-day” after injuring his hamstring last Sunday versus the Falcons. Stevenson has missed four straight practices. Bradbury could still be dealing with a toe injury from last week or receiving a veteran rest day.
Inside linebacker Christian Elliss also sat out Wednesday’s practice with a hip injury. His status for Sunday’s game against the Bucs is unclear.
The Patriots will release their first injury report of the week Wednesday evening.
