Bengals postgame wrap after loss to Chicago Bears

Enquirer beat reporter Kelsey Conway on the Bengals’ 47-42 loss to the Chicago Bears on Nov. 2.

Linebacker Logan Wilson arrived in Dallas after being traded by the Cincinnati Bengals to the Cowboys for a seventh-round draft pick.

One day later, he thanked Cincinnati in an Instagram post.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Wilson wrote in the post. “When I was drafted here five years ago, I never could have imagined the goodness that would come from it. This city, this organization, these coaches, the fans, and everyone that came into our life, changed me in ways I could never put into words. … You guys allowed a guy from a small town to come in here, make a name for himself and play in front of some of the best fans in the NFL.”

Wilson, who was in his sixth season with the Bengals, requested a trade in October. He was inactive for the Bengals’ Week 9 loss to the Chicago Bears.

Wilson was a third-round pick in the 2020 NFL draft.
