49ers vs. Rams picks against the spreadTyler Dragon: Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)
The Rams were upset by the 49ers at home in Week 5. Los Angeles returns the favor this week.
Jon Hoefling: San Francisco 49ers (+3.5)
Kyle Shanahan and company are sacrificing everyone on their team to ensure Christian McCaffrey stays healthy this season, and somehow it’s leading to wins. While the Rams are more talented and should win this game, the Niners just keep finding ways to boggle our minds.
Jordan Mendoza: San Francisco 49ers (+3.5)
This has been a fun battle to watch in the NFC West. The Rams are hopeful Puka Nacua is able to go in the rematch of their meeting in Week 5, and this should be a fun game that goes down to the end.
Blake Schuster: Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)
Los Angeles gets a chance to avenge their home loss to the 49ers earlier this year. The way the Rams are playing, it’s hard to bet against them.
Lorenzo Reyes: Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)
As always, a Kyle Shanahan-Sean McVay coaching showdown is fascinating, but I’m giving the edge to L.A. here, even on the road. The Rams are playing efficiently and taking care of the ball. They have – with all the Niners injuries – the more balanced roster. Los Angeles also lost this matchup a few weeks ago, so I think they’ll be looking to make up for that.
Christopher Bumbaca: Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)
I don’t think the Niners go 2-0 against the Rams this year and I think Sean McVay wants to show why that Thursday night loss earlier this year was fluky. At some point, San Francisco’s injuries have to catch up to them.
