The Buffalo Bills are turning to the next page of their 2025 NFL season against the Miami Dolphins.

Following another offseason that has built Super Bowl hopes, can the Bills continue their trek toward making that a reality?

Before we even get to the team’s next kickoff, there will be a lot of Bills-related discussions and conversations to be had throughout the coming days.

With that, here are five storylines to watch for during the lead up to Bills (6-2) against the Dolphins (2-7) in Week 10:

Miami win streak

Including the postseason, the Bills have won eight-straight games against the Dolphins. Buffalo has not lost to Miami since Week 3 of the 2022 season. Earlier this year, the Bills beat the Dolphins in a 31-21 final.

Closer than it needed to be

While that was a two-score win by the Bills in Week 3 earlier this season, it was a lot closer than it needed to be. Buffalo’s defense did not manage to slow down Miami’s rushing attack at all and the pass rush was brutal. Those both need to improve this time around.

Allen against Miami

It’s simple: Bills quarterback Josh Allen saves some of his best football for the Dolphins. Allen only had 213 passing yards. However, he still completed 78 percent of his passes and had three touchdown throws. Another good game against Miami.

Motivated Miami?

It’s not quite a head coach, but the Dolphins did fire general manager Chris Grier recently. Plus, they were a seller at the trade deadline by getting rid of players like pass rusher Jaelan Phillips. That could light a fire under Miami’s roster and Buffalo needs to be ready for that.

A trap

And all that considered… after beating the Chiefs just last week, the Bills face a bottom-feeder in the Dolphins. Dare we say, a trap game?
