What’s at stake? For the Chargers they need to continue stacking up wins before the bye week. They are 5-1 in the AFC and this would give them yet another conference victory. The Steelers beat the Colts, who the Chargers lost to, so this could be a great measuring stick to where these Chargers truly are after losing left tackle Joe Alt.

For the Steelers, they are coming off a big upset of the AFC leading Indianapolis Colts. They now are facing the toughest part of their schedule with the Ravens facing the easiest. They need this AFC victory.

Who’s better? Uff, the Steelers. Reason why I say that is the offensive line of the Chargers is below average. It is hard to win games with a poor offensive line. It is a miracle they are 6-3.

Matchup to watch: Chargers D-Line vs. Steelers O-Line: It is no secret that the Chargers defensive line has taken an injury hit this season. They need to be the leading force on Sunday to slow down running back Jaylen Warren. They also need to get consistent pressure on Aaron Rodgers because if left back there with no pressure he could dice up the secondary.

Chargers win if: the offensive line can protect Justin Herbert. Their tackles Rashawn Slater & Joe Alt are now out for the year (only the Chargers), and now all eyes are on if they can protect Herbert. He has taken a beating this season and it seems like it could happen Sunday. If the game plan isn’t quick passes and trying to run the football it might be a long night for Herbert.

Fantasy sleeper: Keenan Allen. It feels like this could be a big night for Allen especially when he is two catches away from passing Antonio Gates for most in franchise history.

Prediction: This will be a tough game that is Herbert hits double-digit hits and over five sacks could be a long night. It seems like they are headed that way. Steelers 31 Chargers 23
