The Tennessee Titans own nine picks in the 2026 NFL Draft coming out of this week’s NFL trade deadline, two more than standard, owing to one trade made this week and another couple of long-forgotten deals made more than a year ago.
But the list of Titans draft picks is far more complicated than that. Each of the three in-season trades they made this fall altered their draft slot in some way or another, even if only one of them added a new pick to the stockpile.
Here is the list of which picks the Titans have for April’s draft coming out of the deadline, and where things would stand if the season ended today.
Titans 2026 draft picks, explained
The Titans came into the year with eight picks: One each in Rounds 1-4, plus two each in Round 6 and Round 7. The extra pick in the sixth round came as the result of a pick swap with the Los Angeles Rams in August 2024, when the Titans gave up their 2026 fifth-round pick in exchange for linebacker Ernest Jones IV and a 2026 sixth-round pick.
The extra seventh-round pick comes from another deal in August 2024, which sent safety Elijah Molden to the Los Angeles Chargers.
In September, the Titans traded cornerback Jarvis Brownlee Jr. to the New York Jets, along with a seventh-round pick, in exchange for a sixth-round pick.
In October, the Titans traded cornerback Roger McCreary to the Rams, along with a sixth-round pick, to get a fifth-round pick. Per the terms of that deal, the Titans will get the Rams’ most-valuable fifth-round pick in exchange for the Titans’ least-valuable sixth-round pick.
Based on current values, that means the Titans get back their fifth-round pick originally sent to the Rams in 2024.
On Nov. 3, the Titans dealt outside linebacker Dre’Mont Jones to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for a conditional fifth-round pick.
The conditions: The pick can become a fourth-rounder in the event he has at least two more sacks in the regular season and the Ravens get into the playoffs.
What picks would Titans have right now?Round 1: Pick 2Round 2: Pick 33Round 3: Pick 66Round 4: Pick 101Round 5: Pick 142Round 5: Pick 143*Round 6: Pick 180Round 6: Pick 192Round 7: Pick 216
These numbers, of course, will change significantly as the season goes on. And, most interestingly, the picks the Titans are receiving from the Ravens and Jets are inverted.
Back in April, the Ravens and Jets made a trade of their own that resulted in the Ravens swapping their 2026 sixth-rounder for the Jets’ 2026 fifth-rounder. So despite getting a fifth-round pick in the trade with the Ravens and a sixth-round pick in the trade with the Jets, the Titans are receiving the Jets’ original fifth-round pick and the Ravens’ original sixth-round pick.
If Dre’Mont Jones and the Ravens reach their agreed-upon conditions, the pick currently labeled at No. 143 would improve to be a fourth-round pick currently slotted at No. 111.
