Atlanta announces two practice squad elevations for Sunday’s game in Berlin.
The Atlanta Falcons have elevated two players from the practice squad ahead of their Week 10 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Offensive lineman Joshua Gray and cornerback Keith Taylor will join the team’s 53-man roster for Sunday’s International Series showdown in Berlin.
Gray, an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State, was considered a Day 3 prospect by many draft analysts due to his position versatility. The rookie will give the team some much-needed depth along the offensive line in Week 10. Matthew Bergeron (ankle) has been ruled out, and Chris Lindstrom is questionable with a foot injury.
Taylor, a former fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft, has played in one game for Atlanta this season. The 26-year-old appeared in 11 games for the Kansas City Chiefs last season, contributing mostly on special teams.
The Falcons made a few changes to their roster this week, releasing kicker Parker Romo and replacing him with veteran Zane Gonzalez. The team also signed offensive tackle Andrew Stueber to combat the mounting injuries along the offensive line.
