Cooper Albers provides his top player prop bets for Sunday’s Week 10 matchup between the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers.

NFC South rivals will face off on Sunday afternoon as the Carolina Panthers host the New Orleans Saints at Bank of America Stadium.

The Panthers (5-4) have enjoyed a solid season, winning four of their last five games to join the playoff race. The Saints (1-8), meanwhile, are one of the NFL’s punching bags and have lost four-straight games — each of the last three coming by 20+ points.

Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. ET. The Panthers enter as 5.5-point home favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook, while the Saints are listed as +200 underdogs. The game’s total is set at 38.5 points.

Here are the top player prop bets for Sunday’s Week 10 matchup between the Panthers and Saints.

Panthers vs. Saints Best Prop Bets

Rico Dowdle 100+ Rushing Yards (+113)

The Panthers made the wise decision to ride the hot hand. Rico Dowdle thrived while Chuba Hubbard was sidelined and has picked up right where he left off after being named the primary running back.

In his three games as RB1, Dowdle is averaging 173 rushing yards per game. Yes, 173 rushing yards per game. In that span, he’s racking up 6.7 yards per carry — a mark that would lead the NFL by an entire yard.

The South Carolina product could be poised to tear up a New Orleans defense that has surrendered the sixth-most rushing yards in the league this season (1,165).

Tyler Shough 1+ Interceptions (-152)

Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough has shown promise since taking over for Spencer Rattler in Week 8, but remains a work in progress. The Louisville product has hurled for just 304 yards, with his sole touchdown pass outweighed by a pair of interceptions.

New Orleans has leaned heavily on Shough as their running game continues to fall by the wayside. He could run into even more trouble against the Panthers, whose seven interceptions rank 11th in the NFL.

Bryce Young 180+ Pass Yards (-103)

Third-year field general Bryce Young has been inconsistent this season, but he’s gone off for the occasional passing-yard outburst. The former first overall pick threw for 198+ yards in back-to-back games in Weeks 5 and 6. Just three weeks prior, Young hurled for a career-high 328 yards against the Arizona Cardinals

The Alabama product could be bound for another breakout game against the Saints, who have allowed 180+ passing yards to six of nine quarterbacks they’ve faced this season. Last week, Rams veteran Matthew Stafford racked up 281 passing yards in a 34-10 drubbing.
