Atlanta does not have a first-round draft pick in 2026.
The Atlanta Falcons fell to 3-6 following their fourth straight loss, but unlike in recent years, they have no first-round draft pick to ease the pain of another wasted season. The Falcons sent their 2026 first-round pick to the Los Angeles Rams during the 2025 draft to move up for edge rusher James Pearce Jr.
The decision to trade for Pearce, who’s played extremely well this season, was made with the idea that the Falcons would likely be picking later in next year’s draft. However, the pick that Atlanta traded to the Rams currently sits at No. 10 overall.
While the Falcons probably don’t regret the trade due to how well Pearce has performed, it will certainly sting if the Rams end up with a top-10 pick in 2026. So what picks does Atlanta have in next year’s draft?
Currently, the Falcons hold five picks, although that could change after the league gives out compensatory picks. Check out the team’s current selections in each round of the 2026 NFL draft below (NOTE: picks reflect NFL standings in Week 11).

Both of the Falcons’ first-round picks came up with strip sacks in Week 10, and the team’s pass rush is firing on cylinders. In Atlanta’s 31-25 overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts, seven different players sacked Colts quarterback Daniel Jones.
Third-round pick Xavier Watts led the team with 11 combined tackles and fourth-rounder Billy Bowman Jr. made his return after missing the last month due to injury. Bowman recorded five tackles and one QB hit in his return to the field.
