The wait is finally over. The 2025 regular season schedule for the Seattle Seahawks is finally here. Free agency, the combine, and the draft have all come and gone. The last major milestone for this phase of the offseason is finding out when it will all shake out. The teams are set, now we wait to see it all in action.

Of course, the real fun in finding out the schedules is having some fun with predictions. It is only natural.

Here are way-too-early game-by-game predictions from Seahawks Wire.

The Seahawks snapped their losing streak to the 49ers last year in the rematch, but the Niners were starting to fall apart. San Francisco has not lost in Seattle since 2021. The Seahawks are going to be a good team, but there’s been a lot of changes, especially offensively. New quarterback, new offensive system, and new weapons. I would not be surprised to see a bit of a slow start before everything starts to gel for this team Pick: 49ers 28, Seahawks 17

Similar to Week 1, the Seahawks could start slow with the first of many early east coast games. The Steelers are stronger earlier in the season and Seattle likely needs another week to get things right. Pick: Steelers 21, Seahawks 20

Here’s the “get-right” game. The Saints have had tremendous success against the Seahawks ever since they lost to them in the 2013 Divisional Round. Since then, New Orleans is on a four-game win streak over Seattle. But this Saints squad is a disaster, and with the surprise retirement of Derek Carr they do not have a quarterback. Additionally, offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak knows exactly how to attack his former defense. Pick: Seahawks 24, Saints 10

Week 4: at Arizona Cardinals, 5:15 p.m., Sept. 25th, Thursday Night Football

Seattle has won the previous seven meetings with Arizona. The Cardinals start strong but the Seahawks have their number, especially in the Valley of the Sun where they’ve won by double-digits in two of the last three games at this venue. Pick: Seahawks 26, Cardinals 17

Week 5: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 1:05 p.m., Oct. 5th

The Seahawks and Buccaneers have been similar to one another in recent years. Solid defense and led by a quarterback who was cast off but reclaimed his career. Geno Smith is gone, and now Seattle has Sam Darnold – former teammates with Bucs QB Baker Mayfield. I expect a defensive struggle between these squads but the edge goes to the home team. Pick: Seahawks 17, Bucs 14

Week 6: at Jacksonville Jaguars, 10:00 a.m., Oct. 12th

The Jags are a team with a rookie head coach and a rookie general manager trying to pick up the pieces from a few disappointing seasons in a row now. However, this feels like a trap game. Jacksonville is not without talent. The Seahawks are better, but another early trip to the east coast following a few solid wins in a row seems like an upset loss. Pick: Jaguars 27, Seahawks 24

Week 7: vs Houston Texans, 7:00 p.m., Oct. 20th, Monday Night Football

Monday night is Seattle’s night. The Seahawks own the best win percentage on MNF in league history. The Texans may have a worse offensive line than Seattle, which the Seahawks defensive line should feast upon. Pick: Seahawks 21, Texans 13

Week 8: BYE Week

No games, time for some well-earned rest!

Week 9: at Washington Commanders, 5:20 p.m., Nov. 2nd, Sunday Night Football

The Commanders shocked the league by making a run to the NFC Championship Game last year before being defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles. As a result, I’m sure the Commanders will be a trendy pick this year. However, my gut tells me they’ll regress a little bit. Seattle’s defense turned on the jets following the bye week last year, and two weeks to prepare for Jayden Daniels could give them the edge they need in prime time. Pick: Seahawks 31, Commanders 27

Week 10: vs. Arizona Cardinals, 1:05 p.m., Nov. 9th

The last three home games against Arizona have gone as such: 19-9 Seahawks win, 20-10 Seahawks win, and 16-6 Seahawks win I’ll stick with a similar formula. Pick: Seahawks 17, Cardinals 7

Week 11: at LA Rams, 1:05 p.m., Nov. 16th

The Rams remain the ultimate thorn in Seattle’s side, and until I see it change, I can’t pick the Seahawks to win this first matchup. No matter how good, bad or average the Rams may be, they have Seattle’s number. Pick: Rams 26, Seahawks 21

Week 12: at Tennessee Titans, 10:00 a.m., Nov. 30th

This could be another trap game if the Seahawks are not careful. The Titans gave Seattle troubles when these teams met in 2023. But this time there is no Derrick Henry. A rookie quarterback on arguably the worst roster in football against Mike Macdonald’s defense? I like the Seahawks in this one Pick: Seahawks 25, Titans 14

Week 13: vs. Minnesota Vikings, 1:05 p.m., Nov. 30th

The last victory the Vikings had in 2024 was at Lumen Field. The Seahawks gave them a run for their money, but it was Sam Darnold who delivered the killing blow to Seattle’s season late. Minnesota is a good team, but the Vikings go in waves. Great season, followed up by average at best. Last year was a great season for Minnesota, yet I think we can all agree they overachieved a little bit. Theoretically, their roster is better, but second year quarterback JJ McCarthy is an unknown. Seattle should also be more consistent at running the football in 2025, which was an issue in last year’s game. Pick: Seahawks 28, Vikings 23

Week 14: at Atlanta Falcons, 10:00 a.m., Dec. 7th

The Falcons found their stride late last year, but the Seahawks still dominated them. Kirk Cousins was the quarterback, and Michael Penix Jr. is a clear upgrade. Still, I believe Seattle’s roster is more complete. Pick: Seahawks 30, Falcons 26

Week 15: vs. Indianapolis Colts, 1:25 p.m., Dec. 14th

The Colts are another team that could very well be picking in the Top 10 of the 2026 NFL draft. Their quarterback situation is a mess, despite the tantalizing talent from Anthony Richardson. Indy can be competitive, but I see Seattle’s defense generating more than a few turnovers against Richardson. Pick: Seahawks 23, Colts 16

Week 16: vs. LA Rams, 5:15 p.m., Dec. 18th, Thursday Night Football

Call me crazy, but I like the Seahawks here. Call it a hunch, or a gut feeling, or whatever you like. I think this is the true hand off point where Mike Macdonald proves he is the top coach in the NFC West. Pick: Seahawks 29, Rams 27

Week 17: at Carolina Panthers, Date and Time TBD

After an emotional win over the Rams the week prior, something tells me this won’t be a cakewalk for the Seahawks. The final rematch game between Sam Darnold and his former team. Not to mention Panthers head coach Dave Canales against his as well I’m thinking one more letdown before the end of the season. Pick: Panthers 20, Seahawks 17

Week 18: at San Francisco 49ers, Date and Time TBD

The 49ers will bookend the Seahawks’ regular season, and this is where Seattle will get revenge on their hated rivals. By this point they will have their system down and their defense playing at their best. San Francisco is well coached, but they are likely to be at the end of a rebuild season. Seahawks end the regular season on a high note before the playoffs begin. Pick: Seahawks 21, 49ers 14.
