The New Orleans Saints ended a four-game losing streak with a 17-7 victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in Charlotte.
The win, the team’s first on the road this season, improved the Saints to 2-8 and dropped the Panthers to 5-5.
Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough, making his second start, threw two touchdown passes while going 19 of 27 for 282 yards.
