The 49ers’ offense is as healthy as it has been all season heading into their Week 11 road game against the Arizona Cardinals.
But their defense continues to face uncertainty entering the pivotal divisional matchup in the desert.
Standout cornerback Deommodore Lenoir is questionable for Sunday’s contest with a calf issue, Kyle Shanahan told reporters after practice Friday.
CB Deommodore Lenoir (calf) is the only #49ers player who is questionable going into Sunday’s game vs AZCardinals

Shanahan said Lenoir’s injury popped up during practice Thursday. The 26-year-old tried to practice Friday but experienced “some tightness” in his calf during the session.
Lenoir will undergo an MRI on Friday.
On the bright side for San Francisco, Lenoir was the only player listed on the injury report heading into Arizona. Given how injury-riddled its season already has been, that in itself is a win.
Of course, the 49ers would prefer to have the Hyena on the field with them, but ultimately want to be careful and mindful with his status.
San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) will return to their home state for the NFC West showdown.
And for the first time this season, the 49ers’ opponent’s injury report is much longer than theirs.
