The Week 10 overtime thriller between the Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Falcons at Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany, drew an average of 6 million viewers (TV and digital), making it one of the top-five international games on record for NFL Network.

Those 6 million viewers who watched Indianapolis and Atlanta also made it the second most-watched international game from Germany on the NFL Network. The game delivered an increase of 37% compared to last season’s Week 10 game between the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants. It was also up 27% from the 2024 international game average on NFL Network.

Sunday’s Colts-Falcons game featured a huge performance from Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor. The two-time Pro Bowl back rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns against the Falcons. That ranks as Taylor’s second-highest single-game rushing total behind his 253-yard performance during the season finale of his rookie year in 2020.

In addition, the Falcons-Colts game peaked in the final 20 minutes with an average of 9 million viewers.

Those considerable numbers only fuel the NFL’s intention to continue growing the game outside of U.S. borders. The international games are packed, and fans at home watch en masse according to data, no matter what time they are broadcast in the U.S.
