Which Colts’ players on offense have received the highest grades from PFF at the bye week?

With the Indianapolis Colts’ bye week here, let’s take a look back at which players on offense have received the highest grades from Pro Football Focus up to this point in the season.

Below is a look at PFF’s grading system for some context. While this metric is very helpful when it comes to quantifying a player’s performance, PFF’s grading system isn’t the be-all and end-all either. It is one metric out of many that are out there.

That left side of the Colts’ offensive line has been outstanding, and these grades from PFF reflect that. When Taylor runs left of center this season, he is averaging 7.1 yards per rush with a couple of home runs.

Taylor, meanwhile, has rushed for 1,139 yards, which is the most in the NFL by over 200 yards. He also leads all running backs in attempts, yards per carry average, and touchdowns.

Downs has continued to be a steady presence for this Colts’ passing game. He has caught 36-of-48 passes for 316 yards with three touchdowns. Of Downs’ 36 receptions, 23 have picked up a first down.

Honorable mentions: Alec Pierce (79.3), Michael Pittman (76.9), Tyler Warren (73.4).
