With first place in the NFC West on the line, the Seattle Seahawks (7-2) and LA Rams (7-2) will square off Sunday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Kickoff is set for 4:05 p.m. ET (FOX). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Seahawks vs. Rams odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Seahawks have won each of their last 4 games by at least 8 points – including their last 2 games by 20-plus. They own the NFC West lead by way of a divisional record tiebreaker over the Rams, but the winner of this game will take over sole possession of first place. Seattle ranks third in points per game (PPG) at 30.6 and sixth in points per game allowed (19.1), looking like one of the most complete teams in the NFL thus far.
The Rams have been equally impressive, if not more so. They have won their last 4 games by double-digits, beating the San Francisco 49ers 42-26 Sunday – their third straight game scoring at least 34 points. They average 27.9 PPG, which is fifth in the NFL, and only allow 17.0, good for second.
This is the first of 2 meetings in 5 weeks for the NFC West rivals, with the teams hooking up again for a Thursday game in Week 16. The teams split last season, each winning on the road. The Seahawks lead the all-time series 28-27.

Rams 28, Seahawks 24
This game features 2 evenly matched teams who are explosive on offense and swarming on defense. The Rams could easily be 9-0 if not for blocked kicks against the Philadelphia Eagles and a goal line fumble against the 49ers, while the Seahawks can almost say the same thing of their losses to the 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Given the way QB Matthew Stafford is playing and the balanced attack of Los Angeles’ offense, the lean here is toward the Rams. However, at -175, the line is juiced a bit and it’d be better to go with the 3-point spread instead. PASS on the ML.
Each team is 7-2 ATS this season, both covering in 4 straight games. They’ve been tough to beat, but with the Rams being at home and led by an MVP contender in Stafford, they’re the easier team to trust in a big spot like this.
BET RAMS -3 (-120) when it comes to the spread.
As good as these defenses are, the offenses have been equally impressive. They rank in the top 5 in scoring and have been flat-out rolling over teams in the last 4 games. Both offensive lines have played well this season, too, and they should be able to give their respective quarterbacks time in the pocket to create big plays down the field.
BET OVER 48.5 (-110) in this one.
