Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley is out for the season with a broken fibula, interim coach Mike McCoy said after the 16-13 loss to the Texans on Nov. 16 at Nissan Stadium.

Ridley’s injury-plagued 2025 season continued on the Titans’ first offensive play of the game against Houston when he injured his right leg after being tackled awkwardly.

The 30-year-old had been out since Oct. 12 with a hamstring injury that had lingered for a couple of weeks beforehand. It had been an uneven start for Ridley even before the injuries; he had one game of more than 30 receiving yards in the first four games before he had 131 yards in the team’s lone victory at Arizona in Week 5.

Ridley finishes his 2025 season with 17 catches, 303 receiving yards and no touchdowns in seven games.

The former Jaguars and Falcons receiver will have two seasons remaining on the four-year contract he signed in spring 2024.

The Titans once again will have to lean on rookies Chimere Dike and Elic Ayomanor in the final two months of the season, along with veterans Van Jefferson and Mason Kinsey. Dike missed the second half against Houston with a chest contusion after being cleared from concussion protocol.

“For him to go down like that, on a good day that I knew he was going to have, it’s just a bad feeling for the offense because we lose a dynamic playmaker,” quarterback Cam Ward said of Ridley’s injury. “Even if he doesn’t get the ball, it’s Calvin Ridley. You have to respect him.”
