Former OU quarterback Jalen Hurts delivered the Philadelphia Eagles (8-2) a 16-9 win over the Detroit Lions (6-4) Sunday night.
Hurts threw 28 passes, completing 14 of them for 135 yards, zero passing touchdowns, zero interceptions, and a 63.8 rating. On the ground, Hurts rushed 10 times for 31 yards and a rushing touchdown. The Eagles have won four consecutive games with Hurts accounting for 823 passing yards and nine total touchdowns in that span. Hurts’ season totals improved to 1,995 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns, 265 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns.
Next, the Eagles will take on the Dallas Cowboys (3-5-1) at 3:25 p.m. Sunday at AT&T Stadium on FOX.
