Receiver depth is the biggest question for the Tennessee Titans‘ roster as the Titans head into a game weekend against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Titans (1-9) host the Seahawks (7-3) at Nissan Stadium on Nov. 23 (noon CT, FOX). In recent days, receivers Calvin Ridley (broken fibula) and Bryce Oliver (knee) were put on injured reserve, and rookie starters Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) and Chimere Dike (chest) both figure to be on the report throughout the week after suffering injuries in Week 11 against Houston.
That leaves the Titans’ only options at receiver as Van Jefferson, Mason Kinsey, recent practice squad elevation James Proche II and practice squad players Xavier Restrepo, Hal Presley III, Lance McCutcheon and Kristian Wilkerson.
Now that Jeffery Simmons and Arden Key have returned from injury, the Titans’ health issues beyond receiver aren’t nearly as severe. But interim coach Mike McCoy should have some depth questions to answer for when he speaks to reporters on Nov. 19 and 21. The injury report should include some prominent names when it comes out daily the rest of this week.

Titans vs Seahawks injury tracker: Who’s in, who’s hurt for Week 12 gameChimere Dike, WR, chest
Dike exited the Nov. 16 loss to Houston after taking a hit on a bobbled punt and was evaluated for a concussion. He cleared concussion protocol but was diagnosed with a chest contusion and did not return. In addition to his role as one of the Titans’ top receivers, he’s also the primary kickoff and punt returner. If he’s unable to play, expect Kinsey, Proche and running back Julius Chestnut, among others, to be the replacement options.
Elic Ayomanor, WR, hamstring
Ayomanor exited the Texans game shortly after Dike did with a hamstring injury. He was evaluated and allowed to go back in the game, but not for extended stretches.
Xavier Woods, S, hamstring
Woods missed the Titans’ most recent game with a hamstring injury that has lingered on injury reports since before the bye week. With Woods out, the Titans turned primary safety roles to rookie Kevin Winston Jr. Injuries are rare for Woods, who led the NFL in total snaps played in 2024 while with the Carolina Panthers.
Kalel Mullings, RB, ankle
Mullings has been on injured reserve since September with an ankle injury. He has appeared in only two games this season, but the Titans opened his return-to-play window last week. He’ll have two more weeks to practice before returning to the active roster. If he isn’t added to the active roster within the next two weeks, his season will come to an end.
Chig Okonkwo, TE, foot
Okonkwo was limited the past two practice weeks with a foot injury, but it didn’t prevent him from playing in either game. If the Titans’ injuries at receiver persist, Okonkwo could be granted an expanded role in the passing game.
Which Titans are on injured reserve?
The Titans have Ridley, Oliver, outside linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, running back Kalel Mullings, outside linebacker Ali Gaye, offensive lineman Blake Hance and safety Mike Brown on injured reserve. Mullings has had his return-to-practice window opened and will have two weeks to return to the active roster.
