The Kansas City Chiefs will face an uphill battle to earn a spot in the 2025 playoffs after their defeat at the hands of the Denver Broncos in Week 11.
With little margin for error on Sunday, the Chiefs were unable to rise to the occasion and now hold the third-place spot in the AFC West.
Despite its fairly disappointing effort, Kansas City’s offense showed a few sparks of brilliance. Superstar tight end Travis Kelce was among the Chiefs’ top performers in Week 11, earning a grade of 80.4 from the experts at Pro Football Focus.
Kelce’s team-high 80.4 mark narrowly outpaced that of defensive end George Karlaftis and offensive lineman Mike Caliendo, who received grades of 74.3 and 72.2, respectively.
In what is thought to be Kelce’s last season, the All-Pro tight end remains a serious threat in a platoon of offensive weapons for quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The former Cincinnati Bearcat will hopefully look to maintain his dominance this week when the Chiefs take on the Indianapolis Colts at Arrowhead Stadium.
