With the NFL’s longest running rivalry now likely to feature major playoff implications, the league flexed the Week 14 showdown between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears to the featured 3:25 p.m. timeslot on FOX.

The Sunday, Dec. 7 matchup at Lambeau Field was originally scheduled for a noon kickoff. But the Bears are now 7-3 and sitting atop the NFC North after 11 weeks, heightening the stakes of the division contest and making for an easy flex decision.

The game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills was moved to the noon timeslot on FOX.

The other game scheduled for the 3:25 p.m. CT timeslot on FOX in Week 14 is Rams at Cardinals, so Bears at Packers will almost certainly be the network’s featured game with the top broadcasting crew.

The Packers lost to the Bears in the regular season finale at Lambeau Field in January, snapping an 11-game home win streak over their rivals.

The Packers play at noon during each of the next two weeks when hosting the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday and visiting Detroit on Thanksgiving Day in Week 13.
