It took twelve weeks to find the end zone, but Christian Kirk finally can say he scored a touchdown with the Houston Texans.

During the closing minutes of the second quarter against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football, quaterback Davis Mills found the veteran receiver for a 2-yard touchdown reception, tying the game 10-10 with just under four minutes.

Kirk, who was supposed to be the Texans’ No. 2 target behind Pro Bowler Nico Collins, capped off a 12-play, 77-yard drive to help Houston put up points before halftime. The Texans could be right back in the playoff conversation with a win on primetime over the AFC East favorites.

Houston will begin the second half on offense.
