Step aside, Skyline-flavored ice cream, a new Cincinnati chili-inspired collaboration just dropped, and it has us questioning mimosa culture.

André California Champagne released mimosa recipes for all 32 NFL teams on Nov. 20. Each recipe represents “what each team’s hometown is known for when it comes to food, drinks or fun,” a press release said, and honestly, we shouldn’t be surprised that the Bengals mimosa has Cincinnati chili in it.

The beverage, dubbed the “Chili3WayMosa,” has all the fixings of a standard 3 Way, but would you try it?

What’s in a Chili3WayMosa?

The unique drink is part of the André Tailgate Team-Mosa campaign, promoting the sparkling wine and celebrating its NFL sponsorship. So what’s in it?

The Bengals‘ special mimosa consists of cooked pasta water, cinnamon powder, chili powder, cheddar cheese, and, of course, André.

The Baltimore Ravens have a “SeafoodMosa,” which is filled with grapefruit juice, canned mussels, oyster or clam juice, as well as champagne. The drink was described as “salty,” “sharp” and “surprising” on André’s website.

André created the “PolishBoyMosa” for the Cleveland Browns. This “smokey” and “meaty” drink contains tomato juice, barbecue sauce and is garnished with a sausage.

The Pittsburgh Steelers‘ “funky” mimosa is full of pickles. The “PickleMosa” consists of pickle juice, lemon juice, buttermilk ranch and is completed with a dill salt rim.

Where to find bottles of the Chili3WayMosa

The winning recipe won’t actually be mass-produced by the California-based company. Instead, 500 lucky fans will get an empty reusable Team-Mosa bottle representing their teams and gift cards for bottles of André.

The 500 winners will be chosen randomly.
