The Las Vegas Raiders are practically unrecognizable from the team that won just four games a season ago. Owner Mark Davis cleaned house once again this offseason and brought in general manager John Spytek and head coach Pete Carroll. Fortunately for the fan base, that has been just the tip of the iceberg in terms of changes.

Spytek has completely overhauled the front office since the 2025 NFL Draft ended. He parted ways with two longtime Raiders executives in favor of Brian Stark and Johnathon Stigall. He also recently added Anthony Patch, who was Howie Roseman’s right-hand-man for the Philadelphia Eagles over the last several years.

On Thursday, the team announced another key addition to their front office. This time, they named Brandon Hunt their Vice President of Player Personnel. He previously served as the senior director of scouting for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Hunt is a major addition for the Raiders’ front office, as the Silver and Black need to massively overhaul their roster. No team has been better at building a team through the draft than the Eagles, who have been to multiple Super Bowls in recent memory and just defeated the Chiefs for the crown last year.

Spytek is putting together an elite front office, which is an incredibly underrated aspect of building a winning NFL franchise.
