The New York Jets (2-8) and the Baltimore Ravens (5-5) meet Sunday in Week 12 at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Jets vs. Ravens odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
New York’s brief momentum hit a wall in Week 11, as the Jets’ 2-game win streak ended in a 27-14 loss to the New England Patriots. They still managed to cover the hefty 13.5-point spread as the Under (42.5) hit. QB Justin Fields found the end zone both through the air and on a designed run. WR John Metchie chipped in with a scoring catch, but the offense never fully found its rhythm.
Baltimore kept its hot streak alive in Week 11, securing a fourth straight win with a 23-16 road victory over the Cleveland Browns. It wasn’t pretty, as the Ravens turned the ball over 3 times, including 2 interceptions from QB Lamar Jackson. They failed to cover the 7.5-point spread as the Over (38) cashed. RB Derrick Henry had 108 rushing yards and a touchdown.

After getting a scare by Cleveland last week, Baltimore (-1400) will roll in Week 12 at home against this Jets squad. I’ll take my wager to the spread.
BET RAVENS -13.5 (-110).
The Ravens are rolling right now, and even when they make mistakes, they’re still finding ways to win. That says a lot. Now they get a Jets team switching to QB Tyrod Taylor, and I don’t think that move magically fixes an offense that’s been stuck in neutral most of the season.
New York leans heavily on RB Breece Hall, and while he’s a great player, the Ravens are built to handle one-dimensional attacks. If Baltimore shuts down the run even halfway, the Jets are going to have a hard time moving the ball consistently. Throw in their turnover issues and it feels like a recipe for short fields and easy points for the home team.
On the other side, Jackson and Henry are starting to find their groove together. Even when Lamar isn’t perfect, his ability to extend plays changes the entire game. Baltimore can score in chunks and also control the clock, which is exactly how you pull away from inferior opponents.
This just feels like a mismatch in momentum and confidence. The Ravens look like a team building toward a playoff run. The Jets look like a team just trying to survive each week.
Laying the points might seem uncomfortable, but I’m backing Baltimore to cover and do it fairly comfortably.
BET UNDER 44.5 (-110).
Those low lines from past games skew the perception, but the flow still sets up for a grind. Baltimore is content to bleed clock with slow, physical drives, and their defense has quietly been stout, holding each of its last 5 opponents below 20 points. With the Jets still searching for offensive rhythm, this feels like a controlled, low-scoring game that never really opens up.
