Brendan O’Sullivan provides his top player prop bets for Sunday’s Seattle Seahawks vs. Tennessee Titans matchup.

This is one of a few lopsided matchups this week. The Seahawks are contending for the NFC West division, while the Titans are in line for a second consecutive No. 1 pick.

Seattle is a 12.5-point favorite and -900 on the moneyline, while Tennessee is +600 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 40.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 12 NFL game between the Seahawks and Titans.

Seahawks vs. Titans Best Prop Bets

Jaxon Smith-Njigba over 96.5 receiving yards (-114)

Very few players have a line this steep, but Jaxon Smith-Njigba deserves every bit of respect. In just his third professional season, he’s surpassed 1,100 yards in 10 games. He’s outdone his 2024 season total in yards already.

Smith-Njigba has over 100 receiving yards in seven of 10 games. Blowout wins, low-scoring losses, close wins, close losses; it doesn’t matter. Smith-Njigba is producing at an elite level that few other players can replicate.

The Titans are not a good team and are focused on the draft at this point. While it could get out of hand quick, Smith-Njigba will have already racked up a ton of yards to get the game to this point. Before Seattle runs the clock out, Smith-Njigba will have 100+ yards.

Cameron Ward over 0.5 interceptions (-159)

I wish there was a more exciting prop to take for the Titans, but it would be foolish to bet on them doing anything well this week. Seattle is one of the best teams in the NFC this year and needs every win to earn the NFC West division title. As a result, don’t expect the Seahawks to take this game lightly.

Seattle’s defense has the eighth most interceptions this season, and Cameron Ward has six interceptions this year. He’s thrown one in six of 10 games, and is favored to throw another this week. Because the Titans are often trailing, Ward needs to throw the ball to keep the team within striking distance. This leads to more interception chances for Seattle.

Zach Charbonnet over 39.5 rushing yards (-115)

The Seahawks like to run the ball, ranking No. 1 in carries this year. The tandem of Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet gives the offense two good options. In a game that’s projected to be a blowout, both backs should get plenty of touches.

Typically, I’d be wary of taking the backup running back’s since I’m heavy on Smith-Njigba’s over, but the Titans’ offense doesn’t give me much confidence. Seattle should force a lot of three-and-outs, giving much more time for the offense to play.

With more time of possession in a blowout, I’m confident that Charbonnet will get ample carries to hit the over on his prop.
