The AFC South division race tightened up in Week 12 following another Jaguars’ win.

The AFC South division race has tightened up following Week 12 of the NFL regular season.

To go along with the Jacksonville Jaguars’ overtime win over the Arizona Cardinals, the Indianapolis Colts would lose their overtime matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Colts are now 8-3 on the season, and right behind them are the 7-4 Jaguars, who are only one game back of the division lead.

Along with the Jaguars, the Houston Texans, who are now 6-5 after their victory this week, are lurking as well, just two games behind Indianapolis.

The Jaguars have already played both of their divisional games against Houston this season, splitting that series. But over the final six games, Jacksonville will face Indianapolis twice, giving them the opportunity to make up any ground in a head-to-head matchup.

Also of note, on paper anyway, the Jaguars have one of the easier remaining strength of schedules, while the Colts have one of the more difficult schedules.
