I’m wondering if you guys could share what was going on in the postgame press conference that annoyed Matt? Just curious.

A camera operator, who presumably worked for the league because she said afterward the NFL called her, was trying to talk quietly on her phone while LaFleur was answering a question. It doesn’t matter if that call is from Roger, you don’t answer it in the middle of a press conference.

Chris Berman refers to the NFC North as the NFC Norris; now that the NHL doesn’t use it anymore, maybe we can?

I appreciate the sentiment, but when the Bears get their new stadium built, three of the four teams in the division will play indoors. I don’t think that’ll warrant any special name, unfortunately.

In the column of comments by coaches and coordinators, Bisaccia mentioned “three phases” and “five phases.” What are they?

In special teams, the “four core” are the punt and kickoff return/coverage units. Then the additional two beyond that are field goal protection/block.

I’m pretty sure Stephie Rae from Flowery Branch was confused about what was on the Madden patch, rather than why Madden was honored. Personally, it took me awhile to see Madden’s face in it. Once I spotted his face, it was obvious. But, I showed the pictures of the patch to friends (without context) and no one could figure out who was depicted.

I’ve never had any trouble seeing it, but it’s like one of those positive/negative space things, I guess.

Where can I find official gamebooks from the games? Packers.com provided them in the past for all games but I cannot find them anymore.

On the desktop site, go to the schedule page, and then click on the Game Center button for any completed game. In the scoreboard box at the top of the page, in the lower right corner, is a link to Gamebook PDF. You can find it there.

I think LaFleur proved he isn’t a conservative coach. The fourth-down calls all had an enormous effect on the outcome of the game. The last one was unexpected but the TV announcers said the analytics were 50/50. Would you prefer an Eagles victory to move into first or Bears win and control your destiny by beating them twice to possibly win the division and have a better conference standing at the end of the year?

I get where you’re coming from, but I’m always focused on winning the division first. Whatever helps the Packers do that is where I lean. But either way, there will be a good result for Green Bay. That’s two eight-win teams, and both can’t get their ninth win this week.

In response to John from Illinois: Spoff and Hod, today I am thankful for all you do, pithy headlines and all. It would be a fib to opine that your work is “obtuse.”

Now, let’s just beat the Bears!
